Whilst ConnectClip can be paired with a maximum of eight devices, it can only be connected to one device at any given time. The last connected device will have priority.
To connect to a smartphone, open the Bluetooth menu on the phone and select ConnectClip. If you are trying to connect to a device that does not have a Bluetooth menu then turn off the devices you do not want to be connected to - or switch off Bluetooth on the devices you do not want to be connected to.
No, you will not be able to receive calls when ConnectClip is used in remote microphone mode. This is because the connection between ConnectClip and the phone is closed.
However, you can continue to receive calls directly on your smartphone (even if it has been paired with ConnectClip) – but they will not be streamed to your hearing aids.

Yes. The volume control keys on ConnectClip will adjust the volume levels on both the hearing aids’ microphones and the streamed signal. Alternatively, if you use the Oticon ON app you can adjust the streaming volume and the environment volume separately (in remote microphone mode only).
